After 30 min the reaction was quenched with aqueous ammonium chloride (saturated, 5 mL) and was extracted with DCM (10 mL x 3). The combined organic layers were concentrated and purified by reverse phase HPLC (ACN/water with 0.1% NH3OH modifier) to afford the title compound. MS: 386 (M+1).1H NMR (400 MHz, methanol-d4): delta 7.84 (1H, d, J = 2.8 Hz), 7.79 (1H, s), 7.43 (1H, dd, J = 8.8, 2.8 Hz), 6.76 (1H, d, J = 8.8 Hz), 5.34 (1H, s), 4.52-4.54 (1H, m), 4.16 (1H, dd, J = 12.8, 2.8 Hz), 3.95 (1H, dd, J = 4.0, 0.8 Hz), 3.85 (3 H, s), 3.71-3.73 (2 H, m), 3.28-3.35 (2 H, m), 2.38 (3 H, s), 2.11-2.16 (2 H, m), 1.87-1.92 (2 H, m).
