The organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, concentrated, and separated by column chromatography (petroleum ether : ethyl acetate = 10:1?6:1) to give the product of compound 96-b (1.9 g, yield: 93%). 1HNMR (400MHz, CHLOROFORMd) delta= 7.38 (d, J=2.4Hz, 1H), 7.34-7.28 (m, 1H), 7.26-7.22 (m, 1H), 5.21 (br. s., 2H), 4.17 (q, J=7.2 Hz, 4H), 3.09-2.89 (m, 2H), 2.50 (s, 1H), 1.99-1.89 (m, 2H), 1.76-1.64 (m, 2H), 1.28 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3H). LCMS m/z = 360.0 [M+H]+.
