[0106] Step 3: To a solution of l-(4-(5-chloro-4-(5-methyl-lH-pyrazol-3- ylamino)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)-2,5-dimethylphenyl)ethanone (60 mg, 0.16 mmol) in MeOH (1 niL) was added AcOH (15 mg, 0.25 mmol), followed by the addition of 2- (aminooxy)ethanol (20 mg, 0.26 mmol). The mixture was then purified directly by preparative RP-EtaPLC to provide l-(4-(5-chloro-4-(5-methyl-lH-pyrazol-3- ylamino)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)-2,5-dimethylphenyl)ethanone O-2-hydroxyethyl oxime; ESMS m/z 430.2 (M + H+).
