Objective: The article explored the effectiveness and safety of preventive intrauterine injection of carboprost tromethamine in the prevention and treatment of bleeding during cesarean section in high-risk parturients. Methods: The article selected 381 women with high-risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section admitted to the obstetrics department of Sichuan Provincial Maternity and Child Health Hospital from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 as the research objects.
