Varied aliphatic, aromatic and heteroaromatic carboxylic acid derivatives RC(O)OH [R = n-heptadecan-1-yl, 1-naphthyl, furan-2-yl, etc.] loaded on to the 2-chloro trityl chloride resin under perseverance of DIPEA base followed by subsequent reduction into corresponding alcs.
