60 Placenta previa lying-in women receiving cesarean section in our hospital in 2012-2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The women in the observation group were given carboprost before placental expulsion, and the women in the control group were given carboprost after placental expulsion. The cesarean operation time and blood loss of the patients of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results: The maternal operative time and blood loss of the patients in the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group (P < 0.05), and were statistically significant. Administration of carboprost tromethamine before placental expulsion can shorten operation time, reduce blood loss and has important application value in clin.

Objective: The article explored the effectiveness and safety of preventive intrauterine injection of carboprost tromethamine in the prevention and treatment of bleeding during cesarean section in high-risk parturients. Methods: The article selected 381 women with high-risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section admitted to the obstetrics department of Sichuan Provincial Maternity and Child Health Hospital from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 as the research objects. They were divided according to the uterine body injection of uterine contraction drugs. 3 groups, each with 127 cases. Women in the control group were given 20 IU of oxytocin plus 500mL of compound sodium chloride i.v. infusion immediately after the fetus was delivered; study group 1 was given 20 IU of oxytocin plus 500mL of compound sodium chloride i.v. infusion immediately after the fetus was delivered 250 μg carprost tromethamine was injected into the uterus; study group 2 immediately after the fetus was delivered, 250 μg carprost tromethamine was injected into the uterus. The article compares the clin. treatment effect, operation time, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, hemostasis of postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions among the three groups of women. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of study group 1 and study group 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the total effective rate of study group 1 and study group 2 was compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the three groups of women (P > 0.05). In the control group, the amount of bleeding and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage during operation, 2h, 24h after operation were significantly higher than that of study group 1 and study group 2, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05); study group 1 during operation and 2h after operation Compared with study group 2, the amount of bleeding and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage at 24h were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The use of therapeutic uterine contractions in study group 1 and study group 2 was significantly less than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). A total of 29 cases of adverse reactions occurred in all parturients, with an incidence of 22.83%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group, study group 1, and study group 2 were 3.94%, 11.18%, and 7.09%, resp. Conclusion: Carprost tromethamine was effective in preventing and treating high-risk parturientsâ€?bleeding during cesarean section, and it was worthy of clin. application.

Results: The total effective rate in the study group of 93.00% was higher than what was 67.00% in the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, the difference in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups was no significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased and the scores was statistically significant between the study group and the control group (P<0.05). The cough relief time and cough disappearance time in the study group were earlier, what were statistically significant, than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference before treatment in the comparison of the levels of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ between all groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD8+ in the two groups were increased and the level of the study group was greater than that of the control group;the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were decreased and the level of the study group were greater, which was statistically significant, than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with ambroxol hydrochloride syrup, Xiao′er Feike granules is more beneficial to improving the clin. effect, relieving the clin. symptoms and improving the immune resistance of children.

82 Cases of patients with high-risk cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The observation group received i.m. injection of hemabate, and the control group received i.m. injection of oxytocin after cesarean section. The amount of bleeding 2 h after surgery, amount of bleeding 2 h after surgery and bleeding rate of observation group were 212.6 ± 57.8 mL, 298.6 ± 71.4 mL and 17.1%, and those of control group were 358.7 ± 62.5 mL, 459.7 ± 86.3ml and 41.5%. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 4.88%, and that of control group was 19.51%. The differences of all the data between groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Compared with traditional drugs, hemabate can effectively control bleeding amount and bleeding rate in preventing high-risk cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage, has high drug safety and is recommended to be used in clinic.

Results: The hemorrhage was successfully controlled immediately after administration of Hemabate in 69 of 87cases. The total effective rate was 96.5%, four cases failed and two were performed hysterectomy. Conclusion: Hemabate appeared very effective for treatment of severe atonic postpartum hemorrhage. It also has the characters of convenience, safety, quick and high performance. It should be used actively at the early stage of postpartum hemorrhage.

The objective of this paper was to establish the method system for identification of 2-keto-L-gulonic acid (2-KLG) in fermentation broth, and to distinguish 2-KLG from its byproducts (5-DKG and 2-DKG). The standard substance and fermentation product samples were analyzed by thin layer chromatog.(TLC), HPLC and m.p. determination, then the results were compared to confirm the consistency of the three methods in identification of 2-KLG. The TLC results indicated that the Rf value, color and size of chromatogram were concordant between fermentation product and the standard substance of 2-KLG. HPLC results showed that the fermentation product exhibited concordant retention time (8 min), m.p.(170 °C or so) and pH value with standard substance of 2-KLG, but different from 2-DKG and 5-DKG. This method system could identify the existence of 2-KLG in unknown fermentation products, with great significance in screening of new strains of 2-KLG from further fermentation of D-glucose.

The estradiol, FSH (FSH), hot flashes score, endometrial thickness and proportions of bleeding time (â‰?2 h, > 2 h), bleeding amount (500-1,000 mL, â‰?1,000 mL) of the two groups were observed The level of estradiol of the observation group was higher than the control group, the endometrial thickness bigger than the control group, FSH, hot flash scores were lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences. The proportion of bleeding time â‰?2 h and the bleeding amount of 500-1,000 mL of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference. The use of uterine suture combined with carboprost tromethamine on uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage could effectively improve the clin. symptoms, and reduce the bleeding amount and time, further promotion of the treatment should be done to improve the medical service level.
