Objective: To explore the clin. effect of pituitrin combined with carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of massive hemorrhage after placental abruption. Methods: A total of 116 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by premature abruption of placenta were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 58 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with carboprost tromethamine, patients in the observation group were given pituitrin injection at the same time, and the time to hemostasis, total bleeding and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups were compared, and clin. summary and anal. were performed. Results: The observation group had bleeding volume 15min after delivery (224.7 ± 11.9) mL, bleeding volume 30min after delivery (254.8 ± 12.1) mL, bleeding volume 2h after delivery (275.2 ± 14.9) mL, bleeding volume 24h after delivery (291.7 ± 17.6) mL, postpartum hemostasis time (18.7 ± 5.9) min, hysterectomy rate 1.7%, neonatal asphyxia rate 6.9%, and no blood transfusion or death occurred, which were significantly better than the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with massive hemorrhage after premature abruption of placenta, the treatment of carboprost tromethamine combined with pituitrin can quickly inhibit the bleeding and improve the safety of mother and child.

Enhanced ROS levels was known to be associated with lysosomal autophagy and therefore a lyso-specific ROS probe could find applications in autophagy related studies. Following the probe-design principle of bridging-group modification, we previously developed a ROS probe capable of detect a broader range of reactive species than the existing probes. Addnl. merits of the probe include ratiometry-capability, minimal probe-product spectral crosstalk, resistance toward autoxidation at lysosomal acidity, and structural simplicity. It is the aim of this manuscript to render this probe lyso-specificity and examine its potentials to monitor autophagy-related ROS generation in HeLa cells treated by H2O2 or 6-OHDA.

Catalytic conversion of furfural and its derivatives to value-added C5 mols. has attractive much attention in the field of biomass conversion. In this paper, the selective hydrogenolysis of tetrahydrofurfuryl alc. to 1,5-pentanediol has been studied over a series of PrOx promoted Ni/Al2O3 catalysts. The catalytic performances and the promoting effects of PrOx, as well as the role of Ni and PrOx species have been discussed. The surface properties and structure of catalysts were examined by TEM, XRD, XPS, H2-TPR, H2-TPD, in-situ DRIFTS, etc. The presence of PrOx species promotes the reaction rate and changes product selectivity significantly, and a 79.2% 1,5-pentanediol selectivity can be obtained at 88.4% conversion over the NiPr1.2/Al2O3 catalyst. The synergistic effect between defect-rich PrOx and the adjacent active Ni species has been confirmed to contribute to the superior catalytic performances. These results provide useful knowledge for the activation of cyclic ether bonds and the design of heterogeneous catalysts with lanthanide oxide supports.

Objective: To explore the clin. efficacy and safety of carboprost tromethamine combined with low B-Lynch suture in the treatment of refractory placenta previa and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH). Methods: Using retrospective research methods, 108 patients with refractory placental previa PPH admitted from May 2011 to May 2015 were divided into control group (n=53) and observation group (n=55) according to the treatment method. . Both groups were given cesarean section for delivery. The control group was given oxytocin, and the placenta was dissected with 8 intermittent suture. The observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with low B-Lynch suture. The clin. efficacy, intraoperative blood loss, vaginal bleeding 2h postoperatively, vaginal bleeding 24h postoperatively, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. If the hemostasis is ineffective, the two groups of patients will be treated with catheter arterial embolization (TAE) to stop the bleeding. If the TAE fails to stop the bleeding, hysterectomy will be performed. Results: (1) After treatment, the number of markedly effective, effective and ineffective cases in the observation group were 34, 19 and 2 resp., and the total clin. effective rate was 96.36% (53/55), the number of markedly effective, effective and ineffective cases in the control group were resp. 15 cases, 24 cases and 14 cases, and the total clin. effective rate was 73.58% (39/53). The difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (P>0.05), but the vaginal bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group at 2h and 24h after surgery (P<0.01). (3) The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the control group was 22.64% (12/53), and the observation group was 7.27% (4/55). The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Carboprost tromethamine combined with low B-Lynch suture in the treatment of refractory placenta previa postpartum hemorrhage has a significant clin. effect and a low incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.

The aim of the present study was to compare the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride and N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia and their influence on prognosis. A total of 120 children with bronchial pneumonia, admitted to The Affiliated Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital of Qingdao University from July 2015 to August 2018, were enrolled in the study. Among them, 58 children were treated with N-acetylcysteine and comprised the exptl. group, and 62 children were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and comprised the control group. Children’s phys. signs (such as fever, short breath, cough and pulmonary rales) and the adverse reactions to treatment were observed, and the disappearance time of the signs was recorded. In addition, the cellular immune function indicators and the quality of life after treatment were investigated. There was no significant difference in clin. data between the two groups (P>0.05). The effective rate in the exptl. group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of symptoms, such as fever, cough, asthma and rales in the lung, was significantly shorter in the exptl. group than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of patients in the exptl. group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, IgA (IgA), IgG (IgG), IgM (IgM) and complement C3 were significantly increased in the exptl. group (P<0.01), and the IgA and IgG in the exptl. group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the exptl. group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In conclusion, N-acetylcysteine has a significant effect on the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children providing a quick relief from symptoms, such as lung rales, and therefore is worthy of use in clinic.
