72824-04-5, Allylboronic acid pinacol ester is a useful research compound. Its molecular formula is C9H17BO2 and its molecular weight is 168.04 g/mol. The purity is usually 95%.
Allylboronic acid pinacol ester is an allylation reagent that is used to produce aldehydes from ketones. It reacts with water, yielding the desired product and formaldehyde as a byproduct. The reaction proceeds through a sequence of steps, in which the boronate ester first reacts with water to form an allylboronate ion and hydrogen gas. This intermediate then reacts with potassium t-butoxide to produce the desired allyl alcohol and potassium borohydride. Finally, the palladium complex catalyst reduces the carbonyl group of the starting material, converting it into an aldehyde. Allylboronic acid pinacol ester is commercially available as a white solid, but can also be synthesized from 2-chloro-5-pinacolylborane (pinacol) in high yield using catalytic cross coupling reactions., Formula: C9H17BO2

In general, the hydroxyl group makes alcohols polar. Those groups can form hydrogen bonds to one another and to most other compounds. 72824-04-5, formula is C9H17BO2, Owing to the presence of the polar OH alcohols are more water-soluble than simple hydrocarbons. Methanol, ethanol, and propanol are miscible in water. Butanol, with a four-carbon chain, is moderately soluble. Formula: C9H17BO2

Kanazawa, Tomoaki;Nishikawa, Tsuyoshi;Ouchi, Makoto research published 《 Orthogonal C-B Bond Transformation as an Approach for Versatile Synthesis of End-Functionalized Polymers》, the research content is summarized as follows. Conventionally inaccessible end-functionalized vinyl polymers were synthesized via orthogonal side-chain replacement for terminal and repeating units of poly(alkenyl boronate)s. A terminal-defined polymer of isopropenyl boronic acid pinacol ester (IPBpin) was synthesized via RAFT polymerization, and subsequent cobalt (Co)-catalyzed end olefination afforded the polymer carrying the C(sp2)-B bond at the terminal and the C(sp3)-B bond in repeating units. Herein, the terminal C(sp2)-B bond was selectively transformable via palladium (Pd)-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling, and subsequent transformation of the repeating C(sp3)-B unit gave the poly(α-Me vinyl alc.) [poly(MVA)] bearing various functional groups at the terminal. The boron-based stepwise polymer reaction thus overcame the synthetic difficulty of the end-functionalized poly(MVA), which is ascribed to the poor polymerization ability of the corresponding acetate monomer, i.e., isopropenyl acetate.

The therapeutic potential of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) inhibitors in central nervous system-related diseases has attracted attention worldwide. However, the availability of reversible-type inhibitor is still limited to clarify the pharmacol. effect. Herein, we report the discovery of novel spiro chem. series as potent and reversible MAGL inhibitors with a different binding mode to MAGL using Arg57 and His121. Starting from hit compound 1 and its co-crystal structure with MAGL, structure-based drug discovery (SBDD) approach enabled us to generate various spiro scaffolds like 2a (azetidine-lactam), 2b (cyclobutane-lactam), and 2d (cyclobutane-carbamate) as novel bioisosteres of 3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-6-yl moiety in 1 with higher lipophilic ligand efficiency (LLE). Optimization of the left hand side afforded 4f (I) as a promising reversible MAGL inhibitor, which showed potent in vitro MAGL inhibitory activity (IC50 6.2 nM), good oral absorption, blood-brain barrier penetration, and significant pharmacodynamic changes (2-arachidonoylglycerol increase and arachidonic acid decrease) at 0.3-10 mg/kg, po. in mice.

Potent SAH analogs with constrained homocysteine units have been designed and synthesized as inhibitors of human DNMT enzymes. The five membered (2S,4S)-4-mercaptopyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid, in I, was a good replacement for homocysteine, while the corresponding six-member counterpart was less active. Further optimization of I, changed the selectivity profile of these inhibitors. II, resulting from a chloro substitution at the 2-position of I, retained potency against DNMT1; while III, resulting from N6 alkylation, conserved DNMT3b2 activity. The concomitant substitutions of I at both 2- and N6 positions reduced activity against both enzymes.

The efficiency and solubility of this process make it suitable for use as an introduction to other processes involving N-protected amino alcohols or amines., SDS of cas: 141699-55-0

In general, the hydroxyl group makes alcohols polar. 141699-55-0, formula is C8H15NO3, Because of hydrogen bonding, alcohols tend to have higher boiling points than comparable hydrocarbons and ethers. SDS of cas: 141699-55-0

Ji, Youngran;Wojtas, Lukasz;Lopchuk, Justin M. research published 《 An improved, gram-scale synthesis of protected 3-haloazetidines: rapid diversified synthesis of azetidine-3-carboxylic acids》, the research content is summarized as follows. Protected 3-haloazetidines (bromide, iodide), widely used and versatile building blocks in medicinal chem., have been prepared in a one-pot, gram-scale strain-release reaction of 1-azabicyclo[1.1.0]butane from com. available starting materials. These intermediates were subsequently used to prepare a series of high value azetidine-3-carboxylic acid derivatives including the first reported synthesis of 1-(tert-butoxy-carbonyl)-3-((trifluoromethyl)thio)azetidine-3-carboxylic acid.

141699-55-0, Tert-butyl 3-hydroxyazetidine-1-carboxylate is a useful research compound. Its molecular formula is C8H15NO3 and its molecular weight is 173.21 g/mol. The purity is usually 95%.

Tert-butyl 3-hydroxyazetidine-1-carboxylate has been shown to be a good substrate for the preparation of N-protected amino alcohols and amines by the process of reductive amination. In this synthesis, tert-butyl azetidinium chloride is used as a catalyst in the reaction with sodium hydroxide. The tert-butyl group can be removed using ammonium hydroxide in the presence of a base such as triethylamine. This reaction can be performed on a large scale, making it useful in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals. The efficiency and solubility of this process make it suitable for use as an introduction to other processes involving N-protected amino alcohols or amines., SDS of cas: 141699-55-0
